What is inside a Soda Slim capsule
Read this first
Soda Slim is a single vegetarian capsule taken once each morning, and its label names five actives: caffeine anhydrous, green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract. The manufacturer publishes the ingredient list but not a milligram figure for each one, and this page does not invent numbers to fill that gap.
The five actives, one line each
Here is the whole list in the order the label presents it, with what each ingredient actually is and the job it is included to do.
| Ingredient | What it is | Why it is in the capsule | Published amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Caffeine anhydrous | Dehydrated caffeine powder, the same molecule as in coffee without the water | Alertness and thermogenic support through the morning[1] | Not disclosed by the manufacturer |
| Green coffee bean extract | Extract of unroasted coffee beans, kept green so chlorogenic acids survive | Included for the carbohydrate and sugar side of the routine[2] | Not disclosed |
| Raspberry ketone | Aromatic compound found in red raspberries | Fat metabolism support, a long standing member of this category | Not disclosed |
| Garcinia extract | Extract of Garcinia cambogia rind, source of hydroxycitric acid | Appetite and satiety support[3] | Not disclosed |
| Green tea extract | Camellia sinensis leaf extract carrying catechins | Thermogenic and antioxidant support alongside caffeine[4] | Not disclosed |
Why the milligrams are missing, and what we do about it
Most supplement pages in this category print a tidy panel with a number next to every ingredient. For Soda Slim those numbers are not published by the manufacturer, and the difference between reporting that honestly and quietly making up a plausible looking panel is the difference between a distributor and a marketing page. We report it.
What this means practically: you can evaluate the formula by ingredient identity, not by dose. That is enough to answer the questions most people actually have, such as whether it contains stimulants (it does, caffeine anhydrous plus caffeine naturally present in green tea and green coffee), whether it is a proprietary blend (yes) and whether it is suitable for people avoiding caffeine (no). If a full panel is released for a future run we will publish it here and date the change.
If a dose transparent formula is a hard requirement for you, that is a legitimate reason to choose something else, and we would rather say so than talk you into a purchase you will want refunded. The buying guide walks through how to read a supplement facts panel and what a proprietary blend does and does not tell you.
Serving size, timing and stacking
The label serving is one capsule daily, taken in the morning with a full glass of water. Thirty capsules per bottle makes one bottle a 30 day supply, which is why the bundles map cleanly onto 60, 90 and 180 days. Do not double the dose to speed things up; more caffeine earlier is not the same as more progress[5].
Take it with or just after breakfast if you are stimulant sensitive or prone to an unsettled stomach. Count your total daily caffeine across coffee, tea, energy drinks and pre workout, because the capsule adds to that total rather than replacing part of it. Avoid taking it after early afternoon; the most common complaint we see in support tickets is disrupted sleep from a 4pm capsule.
Allergens, diet suitability and who should skip it
- Vegetarian capsule shell, no gluten containing grains in the formula, no dairy.
- Made in the United States in a GMP certified facility; see lab and testing for the screening panel run on each lot.
- Contains caffeine. Not suitable if you are avoiding stimulants for medical reasons.
- Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing.
- Talk to your doctor first if you take prescription medication, manage blood pressure or a heart condition, or have a history of anxiety or insomnia.
Sourcing and what happens before a bottle is sealed
Raw materials arrive with supplier documentation and are quarantined until identity testing clears them. Blending, encapsulation and bottling happen in one GMP certified United States facility, and the finished lot is sampled for the panel published on the verification page: purity by UHPLC-UV, heavy metals, and microbial limits. The 2026 run carries batch SLM26-K0342 with certificate IB-26-0771 issued by Ironwood Bioassay Laboratories, LLC.
None of that is exotic for a well run supplement, and that is the point. The value is not in an unusual process, it is in being able to name the lot, name the lab and put both on a public page.
