Privacy notice

Short version: we collect what an order needs and what an email conversation needs, we keep it as long as the law and our accounts require, and we do not sell it. The longer version follows.

What we collect and why

  • Order details. Name, delivery address, email, phone and the items ordered. Without these there is no parcel.
  • Payment confirmation. Our authorized checkout partner processes the card. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits, never the full number and never the security code.
  • Support correspondence. Whatever you write to us, kept with the order so the next person to read your ticket has the history.
  • Basic site analytics. Aggregate page and traffic source data. No profiles are built and no advertising identifiers are stored by us.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent mailing lists. We do not ask for card numbers, bank credentials or passwords by email or on the phone, and any message that does is not from us. Forward it to [email protected] and delete it.

Who sees your data

Three categories only: the authorized checkout partner that processes payment, the fulfillment and carrier services that pick and deliver the parcel, and our accountants and auditors where the law requires it. Each receives the minimum needed to do that job.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for seven years to satisfy United States tax and accounting requirements. Support correspondence unrelated to an order is deleted after 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete anything not required for tax records. Write to [email protected] from the address on the order and we will respond within 30 days. Marketing email, if you ever opted into it, has an unsubscribe link in every message and it works immediately.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. Functional storage is limited to remembering that you dismissed the offer bar during the current browser session, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Children

This site and this product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we update the date at the foot of the page and describe what changed rather than silently editing.
